To enhance the performance of outdoor landscape engineering materials, several large domestic building material enterprises have introduced our WPC hollow foam profile extrusion die. Featuring a gradual compression flow channel and stabilization design, along with multi-zone independent temperature control, this mold successfully resolves the challenge of uneven melt plasticization under high-filler formulations.
During actual production, operators strictly follow standard procedures by preheating the mold to 170℃ before starting at a low speed, while precisely matching the traction speed. As a result, the extruded hollow foam profiles not only feature a flawless surface but also exhibit a uniform internal micro-cellular distribution and a stable foaming ratio.
This mold has significantly improved the soundproofing and thermal insulation properties of the products while achieving high-speed continuous production. This has substantially reduced manufacturing costs for our clients and earned high recognition in the market.
